K Force Construction is a Bronx-based general contractor. We deliver general construction and project management for owners and developers, and bring specialty glazing crews for windows, storefronts, skylights and glass railings across the New York region.
Services
We build and manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, and our in-house glazing expertise strengthens every building we touch. On glazing scopes for other contractors, we work labor-only or furnish-and-install.

Awarded
As a certified M/WBE firm, K Force was awarded a $200,000 contract with the City of New York.
Awarded
K Force was awarded the skylight installation scope at Malcolm Shabazz Harlem Plaza, 52 West 116th Street in Harlem. The 100% affordable development brings more than 100 new affordable homes to Central Harlem and a restored indoor home for the Malcolm Shabazz Harlem Market, a neighborhood landmark for African culture and commerce since 1994.
Finalist · Award pending
K Force is one of two finalists for the window and storefront replacement package in the NYCHA Trust modernization at Nostrand Houses in Brooklyn, covering 16 buildings and roughly 7,000 windows. The project is a $30 million contract. The bid was submitted in July 2026 and the award is pending.
Industry leadership
Karina De La Cruz serves on the executive board of C.U.R.E., the Council of Urban Real Estate, now AAREP NY. For more than 35 years the organization has been a home for real estate professionals across the Tri-State area, uniting people working in commercial real estate, land use and development.
As a board member she leads the organization's events programming, bringing together owners, developers, contractors and public agencies across the region.
